The firm of Sean Davis, CPA, PA officially began in 2005 in Palm Harbor, Florida.
Prior to 2005, having managed a tax office with 40 professionals, Sean Davis was ready to embark on his own and purchased an existing CPA practice. Sean and his wife Maureen worked with one staff member at the time to service their clients. Sean continued to grow the practice providing personal attention to his clients and utilizing his extensive tax and accounting background.
In January 2020, Sean Davis, CPA, PA merged and acquired the tax and accounting firm of Sally Lindberg and Associates, Inc. (SLA). Included in the acquisition was the SLA office located in the Criterion Centre on US 19 in North Clearwater which is now the main office location for the firm. The SLA staff which included several enrolled agents and other tax professionals joined together with our team and together we serve both sets of clients.
This expansion created a larger organization enabling us to serve our clients and friends in a timelier manner. Rest assured each return will still have our personal attention and review.

Our Community Service Initiatives
Our Clients have been amazingly supportive in bringing us 300 to 500 teddy bears yearly as a donation to “Teddy Bears for Kids” –
a 5-1c 501(3)c Charity started locally by Suncoast EA’s. The initiative has grown to have a national presence. These bears bring joy to children who are in crisis. Bears are distributed to local area Children’s Hospitals, Children’s Homes, Foster Organizations and “safe shelters”.
